Wendy is the practice administrator and works behind the scenes to support her clinical colleagues and give them the time to do what they do best, treat their clients.
Wendy has a background in clinical practice attaining a masters degree qualification in clinical biomechanics. She has worked in both the State and Private sectors having treated a number of professional athletes via her connections with Newcastle Falcons rugby and Newcastle United football. She transferred to management and has managed multidisciplinary musculoskeletal teams at service level across the north east.
She has experience in clinical governance particularly around incident management and investigation and safeguarding. In her spare time Wendy plays golf and practices yoga. Wendy handles all invoicing, rescheduling appointments and general administrative duties allowing our team to operate efficiently. Her experience, and attention to detail is pivotal to the smooth running of Pro Health Physio NE.
